Self-raising Flour= Baking Powder+Salt+Plain Flour

My friend, do not be duped into thinking you must always buy self-raising flour.

Note the following equation.

1 cup of self-raising flour= 1.5 tsp of baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt + 1 cup of all purpose flour (ie: plain flour)
